If the mind can hear something when it is not there, it is even more inclined to hear it when it is primed with a suggestion for what to listen for. That is why it is imperative an audio forensic engineers should NOT be told anything about what they should listen for because it will skew their ability to listen objectively. To convince their audience how honest they are, those who claim they are just seeking the truth about Srila Prabhupada’s departure tell us they were careful not to bias the audio engineers
”Jack Mitchell was not told in advance what we thought the whispers were, as we wanted an unprejudiced, totally objective analysis. CAE was given no information as to the nature of the controversy,…” -KGBG 68
However this statement reflects how manipulatively dishonest they really are because:
“Mahabuddhi arranged for the analysis, supplying a third generation copy… carefully detailing the whispers’ locations for CAE and how we wanted to analyze EXACTLY what was being spoken.” -KGBG 68
Tom Owen is also introduced to us with a similar reassurance that the T-Com was consciously striving to increase credibility of a properly arranged and unbiased analysis.
“(Our Team) was involved in the communications with Tom Owen to ensure increased credibility of a properly arranged and unbiased analysis.”-KGBG 179
However this to is intentionally misleading because we are then told:
“(Mr. Tom Owen from Owl investigation was sent a copy of Someone Has Poisoned Me,) a tape transcript, the locations of the three different poison whispers, and (directed to) a fourth whisper location which no one had yet been asked to identify”-KGBG 178.
When Owl Investigations was given a copy of Someone Has Poisoned Me, they were not only told exactly what the T-Com heard on the tapes but over 400 pages of propaganda as to WHY they felt the whispers were evidence of foul play! This is a typical example of the type of evasive, deceptive doubletalk that characterized the entire poison conspiracy fraud.
The following clip is from Primeau Forensics who are professionals in audio forensics business. Within the first minute in this clip Edward Primeau clarifies how essential that they not be influenced by ANY outside bias! He specifically states:
0:30 “Many of our client attorneys will be ready to dump a bunch of information on us when we take a case, depositions, police reports, all kinds of things that are NOT important to our investigation…and what it does is helps us become more familiar with the case yes, but on the other side, it helps us start building a subconscious bias. SO it’s best to keep all of the unnecessary information out of the lab so our bias remains very low so when we are asked under oath what documents we have been provided, there is NOTHING for them to attack us on. That helps protect the integrity of what we do and the integrity of our work product and our report
It is also worth mentioning hear how dishonestly the so-called “audio forensic engineer” Jack Mitchel is promoted. They claim:
However; when we compare this to the facts, we find out how nearly everything about Jack Mitchell is exaggerated, overstated, ambiguous and completely misleading. He claims to be a certified forensic expert, but actually his credentials are completely fraudulent. The extent of his cheating is elaborated on in the book DECEPTION in section 5.3.2 The Impeccable Jack Mitchell (CAE Audio), NM
