That’s what we do generally, I think both of you are aware, in the hospital there is a curious kind of case, there is a meeting constituted, all the clinicians and the related specialists you know lets sit and discuss and find out what is the explanation, it is a very scientific approach. So if there is any deviation from that it will lend suspicion as to why that is not being done here. And that I feel is what disturbs me the most.
